I informed Michelle of my needs. The condo must be a townhouse or on the top floor. It did not have to be turnkey, as I would like to be able to adapt the unit to my taste. Michelle went to work and made appointments for the showings. She soon could see what I was looking for. Some condos were too small, some overpriced, and some had poor parking arrangements. Soon she informed me that she found a unit to suit my needs. I saw the unit and offered immediately. The offer was accepted and I was ecstatic. The unit needed work and I decided to do a total remodel. Michelle also introduced me to the best contractor I have ever worked with! I now have a fabulous new home throughout that I plan to enjoy for years. The second occasion was when I sold the condo that I had owned previously. In the summer of 2015, I listed my home with Michelle. Once again, she was professional on all levels. She arranged for all of the showings to be handled on my terms. It could not have gone smoother. I had an offer, over list price, within 24 hours. I quickly accepted. The closing price is still the highest sales price in the 135 unit complex. Throughout escrow, Michelle was on top of everything.
